26 Guards as shared by Sharmai Amber

While this story happened a number of years ago it still applies to today with the appalling increase in the number of Christians being killed by Muslims the world over. If you haven’t heard about this world crisis you might ask yourself why that is so?

Please enjoy this MOST AMAZING true story…

26 Guards

Christians Flock Together

A missionary on furlough told this true story while visiting his home church in Michigan.

"While serving at a small field hospital in Africa, every two weeks I traveled by bicycle through the jungle to a nearby city for supplies. This was a journey of two days and required camping overnight at the halfway point.

On one of these journeys, I arrived in the city where I planned to collect money from a bank, purchase medicine, and supplies, and then begin my two-day journey back to the field hospital.

Upon arrival in the city, I observed two men fighting, one of whom had been seriously injured. I treated him for his injuries and at the same time talked to him about the Lord.

I then traveled two days, camping overnight, and arrived home without incident.

Two weeks later I repeated my journey. Upon arriving in the city, I was approached by the young man I had treated. He told me that he had known I carried money and medicines. He said, 'Some friends and I followed you into the jungle, knowing you would camp overnight. We planned to kill you and take your money and drugs. But just as we were about to move into your camp, we saw that you were surrounded by 26 armed-guards.

At this, I laughed and said that I was certainly all alone in that jungle campsite.

The young man pressed the point, however, and said, 'No, sir, I was not the only person to see the guards, my friends also saw them, and we all counted them. It was because of those guards that we were afraid and left you alone.'

At this point in the sermon, one of the men in the congregation jumped to his feet and interrupted the missionary and asked if he could tell him the exact day this happened.

The missionary told the congregation the date, and the man who interrupted told him this story:

"On the night of your incident in Africa, it was morning here and I was preparing to go play golf. I was about to putt when I felt the urge to pray for you. In fact, the urging of the Lord was so strong I called men in this church to meet with me here in the sanctuary to pray for you. Would all of those men who met with me on that day stand up?"

The men who had met together to pray that day stood up. The missionary wasn't concerned with who they were, he was too busy counting how many men he saw.  There were 26.

Angels Without Wings? Hmmm? by Sharmai Amber

In an article on Dec 20, 2013 from FoxNews.com titled, “Catholic expert says angels don’t have wings,” Father Renzo Lavatori, an angelologist, says angels do exist, but are surrounded by shards of light, not wings. Angels without wings? Hmmmmm? We have had many people personally tell us about their own experiences with angels with wings over the years.

Angels without wings are actually called Guides or Spirit Guides. They are people-like-Beings who live on the Ethereal Plane and provide guidance for the person on earth they are assigned to. Angels actually do have wings and are emissaries of God doing God’s bidding. They both have different jobs. And millions over the centuries have seen their angels with wings and guides without wings personally.

Guides, for example, help us with day-to-day activities or forks in the road where we need to be nudged forward in the right direction to comply with our prebirth contract. Angels come in when, say, we have a major car accident where we should have died, but were not meant to die. Angels are equipped to save us and give us exactly the amount of injury based on our lessons stated in our prebirth contracts. Though I have read many, many accounts of angel intervention, probably the most well known, and seen by most, is the one that happened in 1986 in Cokeville Elementary School in Cokeville, Wyoming. There was a massive bomb in a classroom surrounded by 30 or 40 small children. The bomb was designed to take out a city block. However, several children saw several angels surrounding the bomb, and when it was detonated the explosion went up through the roof instead of outward. Nary a child died. Those Angels had wings too!

Spiritual Path? Not Me! by Sharmai Amber

I was talking to a business associate the other day who mentioned that his roommates were both on a spiritual path as evidenced by the Shambhala and Reiki magazines on the coffee table. He confessed he was not. Instead, he was in love with music and every waking moment away from work he was involved in music. I quietly smiled.

Everyone is on a Spiritual Path. Only real question is: Are you awake to it yet?

The difference from being on a spiritual path, or not, is perspective. Those on a spiritual path simply look at their lives through a different set of lenses. They realize that every event in our life happens for a reason. Our job is to figure out the reason the event happened and allow the event to point to areas in ourselves where we need to change and improve. As we learn how to take each event or experience in life and examine it through the lens of what do I need to learn, a deeper understanding begins emerging. "Bad" experiences begin to point to areas where we need to grow. This is the process of self-realization. This is the path to a more soulful life that yields more personal fulfillment.

ALL of life is Spiritual. A spiritual path is called a spiritual path because when we make changes in ourselves our Spirit (also called Soul or Higher Self) changes right along with us. So, we are facilitating changes for our Soul, whether we are conscious about that or not.

The Gift and Challenges of OMENS, by Sharmai Amber

Omens are such a very personal message from your Guides, Spirit Guides, Higher Self and / or God pointing you in a new direction or confirming a correct direction. These omens work in alignment with your Prebirth contract that was set up and agreed upon prior to your birth. That means that the direction that you are resisting, you already agreed to do…at least your Higher Self agreed to do and by extension you agreed to do. Our resistance simply delays the inevitable while causing suffering.

The problem with omens is that two people can break the same bone and the meaning behind that particular bone breaking for each person is different. Each of their Prebirth contracts are different, so each of their directions is different. That is why it is useful to have a gifted omen reader to check in with to gain some understanding.

Omens are sent every single day. No event in your life, ever, is accidental. A bumped finger, a spilled glass of water, a flat tire, a backed up toilet, loosing a job, and the list goes on. As we learn how to master our ability to read them we become more proficient in following our Prebirth contract more closely. The problem with interpreting our omens is that we have attachments to how things are and how we believe they should be. Those attachments and beliefs cause us to misinterpret these messages from Spirit. That can cause us to go further astray and become further lost and even less fulfilled and feeling that something is missing.

Self-Mastery Exercise: Noticing Omens
We receive omens every day. The more we pay attention and listen to the omens, the more our guides and higher selves send to us. To become more aware of omens coming to you take a day to focus on omens. Any day will do. Set your intent in the morning to be mindful of omens. Place a ribbon around your wrist to remind your self. Then notice everything:
• A stubbed toe
• The odometer
• Red (green) lights en route to work
• Paper cut
• Co-workers unsolicited comment
• Pet’s unusual behavior
• Anything Unusual
• Particular clouds
• Comments on the radio
• Car trouble
• Glass breaks
• Banged knee
• Broken finger nail, which nail, what were you thinking at the moment it broke
• Eye irritation
• Stomach ace
• Bowels too tight or too loose
• Malfunctioning appliance
• Blister on foot, which foot
• Car gets banged up, which part
1. With each potential omen, wonder for a few seconds what the message is.
2. Notice the first thought that comes to mind.
3. Does it resonate?
4. Repeat this process for a month. You will awaken your awareness to omens and tap an invaluable source of personal guidance.

The Anatomy of Transformation, by Sharmai Amber

I recently read an article (Reader’s Digest November 2013, page 124) about a conman called Jim. Jim spent 10 years doing 30 fraudulent business operations swindling people out of millions of dollars: undiscerning people lost their savings, homes and, sometimes due to the stress, their families.

Till his Karma came calling.

Jim knew what he was doing was wrong, but he was making so much money that he didn’t care. It wasn’t until the federal agents showed up in his office to arrest him that it hit him: “What I am doing is really bad!” Jim instantly changed his tune.

Today Jim is 45 years old and lives with his parents. Jim was, by his own admission a “Monster.” He owes almost a million dollars in restitution that he will never be able to pay. He has acute emphysema from smoking and drug abuse and needs a double lung transplant. But the clock is running out.

What Jim did was suck financial and emotional well-being from naive people. What karma is doing is sucking life-force and emotional well-being from Jim. If I were a person that bets, I would bet that Jim would die before he got his transplant. Why? Because he does not have the karma to earn that kind of reprieve.

Nevertheless, Jim’s Soul is happy with Jim. He has taken a dark part of himself and his Soul and began the shift it in his and his Soul’s core being to become a better person and a better Soul: he admitted he has a problem; remorse emerged; he pleaded guilty (a rarity today); he did jail time; he prays for his victims; after he got released from jail he got called daily to jump back in the game—he turned it all down; he worked for 5 years for the other side warning people against scam artists until: he got gravely ill which he understands is his karma (he knows he deserves it). With the avalanche of destruction he left in his wake, he owes a ton of karma. At least now he is heading himself, and his Soul, in the right direction.

There are no Victims, only Consequences, by Sharmai Amber

We are a culture of victims and the blame game. It’s never our fault. And while we are busy co-creating or manifesting what we WANT in the future we are blissfully ignorant of the fact that we ALREADY co-created our current circumstances, with all the flaws, long ago.

Victimhood implies that we had nothing to do with the current condition of our life, that it has been done to us, not by us. After all, why would we put ourselves in such un-fun conditions? That would be silly.

Karma is a powerful force here on Earth. There is no escaping it. It weaves through multiple lifetimes ensuring that lessons that need to be learned are learned whether from the current life or a past life.

That means that in our past, this life or a past life, when we behaved badly by inappropriately harming (emotionally, physically, monetarily, spiritually) an animal, plant, human or nature that we have automatically signed up for God to send us a lesson to teach us not to behave like that again. Ever. It needs to be blazed into our soul so strongly that that behavior never even remotely comes to mind again. When we learn the lesson on that level, it never comes back again.

So, if you want to stop the recurring circumstances that plague your life, stop seeing yourself as a victim. See the circumstances as a lesson. Figure out what you need to learn. Learn it deeply and the Universe will stop sending it your way. Now that’s refreshing!

If you want to figure out the lessons underneath YOUR recurring circumstances Keith is great at that!!! It is his specialty. Plus he gives you strategies on HOW TO TRANSFORM the circumstances. Keith Amber, Spiritual Therapist for a Reading/Healing. 808-776-1191 (Hawaii) $75 ½ hour
